  2. Teresa Denk Says:

WOW! You two look so happy in all you pictures together. I love your most recent ones taken in Colorado. I can’t wait for the big day for you both. I know you two have been waiting for this for awhile, well what probably seems like years.

It is so neat to be able to view this website. Even though I know you are busy with the wedding, Amy. I still feel like we are some how able to share with you and Adam the joy of your engagement and pre-wedding days.

Take Care and May the peace of God be in every decision you have to make until the BIG DAY! :)

    Praying for you.

  3. Schuylar and Rebecca Crist Says:

We are very happy for the both of you! Surely God has brought you two together, and with Him as the foundation, we know the two of you will love forever! Keep God in the center of the relationship and ahead of every step you make…and you two will enjoy the many blessings our Savior Jesus Christ has for you. We are honored and privileged to know the two of you, as friends and as brother and sister in Christ.

Wow, I am so thrilled for you and Amy. I remember the
first time we met at the Lighthouse, you were pretty upset over a breakup — now after hearing your show, I’m guessing that was Amy.

Just listening to the two of you share your love story on air has been heartwarming! I hope you’ll be bringing her along to events, so we can look forward to meeting her. Darrell and I wish you all the best!

    Thanks and many blessings,

    Barbara Marques

  8. Tom Tabler Says:

The Tabler family can’t wait to play “Scategories” again with Mr. and Mrs. McManus! However, if Adam try’s to list “Kool-Aid packet” for “things found in the ocean” I will still give him a thumbs down. By the way I think we still have Adam’s Cranium game from a few years back.

On a serious note…may God Bless your upcoming union! Congratulations!

    Tom, Andrea, Patrick and Trevor

I wish we could be there on your special day and can’t wait to see the pictures…hopefully you guys post some. :) You both will be in our prayers and we’re excited to see how God will use your marriage to glorify Him.

  17. DeAubrey Castle Says:

    May God bless this union.

A toast to you I heard many years ago,”May your oneness be such that when one weeps the other tastes salt.”

When you have each other in God’s love, you can have fun when it would otherwise be dreary, have laughter when otherwise it would be tears, and always you will bring to each other a joy that is beyond your understanding. Have fun on this wonderful journey.

  18. Scott Thomas Says:

First of all, congratulations to my broadcast brother, and his bride to be. I pray God’s blessings on your wedding and your marriage and encourage you to keep Jesus at the center of your life, home, and relationship.

Diane and I sincerely thank you for the invitation. I deeply regret not being able to attend. It proved to be logistically impossible. We were, however, honored to be invited. Adam, it particularly meant a lot to me.

Diane and I celebrated our 24th anniversary on October 23rd. I continue to be able to fool her. :)

Our prayer is for you to find, in each other, the gifts that God has chosen
especially for you. We praise Him for you. May He grant you abundant joy and love.

    His Peace.

    Scott Thomas,

  19. Anne Gariepy Says:

May God continue to richly bless you and Amy as you begin your life together.

I heard your ’story’ the day she was on with you — the day after your proposal on Febriary 14th. It was absolutely beautiful and very moving. You are so fortunate to have each other. Thank you for all you do for Jesus!

  24. Glen and Sonya Coulson Says:

    Adam and Amy,

We are so excited to be able to be a part of your special day! We are convinced that the Lord’s hand is upon you both and we can’t wait to see what He will do next in your lives. We came across this blessing today as we meditated on what we would have the Lord do for you. It’s from the book “Praying The Bible For Your Marriage” by David and Heather Kopp. It is a marriage prayer based on Jesus’ prayer for His disciples in John 17:23,26:

“Lord, may we be brought to complete unity in our marriage for our own blessing, and, even more, so that everyone we meet will know that You are God - and that You, Jesus, have saved us through love!”

For many years we have made a practice of praying together. We believe that spriitual intimacy is of critical importance in a marriage. Share God’s love intimately with one another. Pray together every day. Read the Bible together. Be transparent before each other. Put God first in all that you do. When you find that blessed place of spiritual intimacy together with Him, all the rest of your relationship with each other will be even more joy-filled than you can think or imagine.

We have been married for 36 years now, and we share a love and commitment that only grows deeper and stronger as we follow Jesus. We pray that your marriage will be so full of His love that others will be moved to live for Him too.

    Your friends in Christ,
    Glen and Sonya Coulson

You have each blessed so many, allowing us to truly feel a part of this entire journey; Bob and I thank you for that. May every day, every month, every year find you growing in your love for one another and for our amazing and mighty Lord Jesus! It goes by much more quickly than any of us can imagine; here we are having just celebrated 45 years together with Jesus!

  27. Father Chip from All Saints, San Antonio Says:

Adam, the best thing I can commend to you is the ending of our very ancient matrimony service. May God the Holy Ghost make it edifying for you both!

O GOD, who hast so consecrated the state of Matrimony that in it is represented the spiritual marriage and unity betwixt Christ and his Church; Look mercifully upon these thy servants, that they may love, honour, and cherish each other, and so live together in faithfulness and patience, in wisdom and true godliness, that their home may be a haven of blessing and of peace; through the same Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit ever, one God, world without end. Amen.

GOD the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost, bless, preserve, and keep you; the Lord mercifully with his favour look upon you, and fill you with all spiritual benediction and grace; that ye may so live together in this life, that in the world to come ye may have life everlasting. Amen.

May He be abundant in your lives and household. He reigns!

  28. Andy & Esther Rutkowski Says:

  35. Dianne Johnson Says:

What a gorgeous day to get married! I can just imagine your excitement & gratefulness to God for this wonderful weather.
I love your show so much, Adam, because you exhibit a fabulous combination of assertiveness & sensitivity. I’m certain when recalling you two telling your story that Amy’s just as assertive & sensitive, in a God-given feminine way, just right to go with you, of course! I appreciate immensely, too, the things you do off of the air, such as mission trips with the Bible League, Life Chain & pickets at HEBs. Nothing gives me more joy than to see wives support & assist their husbands, & I know now that you’re married you’ll be doubly effective! San Antonio is so blessed to have you two!
    In Him, Dianne Johnson

  36. Steve & Gloria Ballard Says:

Congratulations!  We are happy for both of you and wish that you have many wonderful years together.  We know both of you will appreciate all the prayers of friends and family on having a Christ-centered marriage.

Adam, thanks for your bold stand for Christ.  Thanks for sharing with the listeners what you value.  You are someone who is not afraid to speak up about God’s Word and His Son Jesus Christ.

My husband and I accepted Christ when we were children.  (John 3:16)  We understand exactly what you mean when you’ve asked the politicians running for office whether they have accepted Christ.  We are glad that you understand His great sacrifice for us through faith.  (Eph 2:8,9)

You are a great influence on others to stop and think about their beliefs which greatly affects their lives for eternity.

Enjoyed The Perfect Wedding book recommended on the air and your website.

Thanks for your generous spirit of sharing your love of Christ and for your bride Amy Michelle.  Thanks for blessing us.

    – Steve & Gloria Ballard

#1 Just remember to put God #1 and the rest will come to pass.

  48. Ellen Says:

As a listener to your program, I have heard you many times yearn for a wife and family. What a blessing that you and Amy are living that dream.

My husband and I have been married for 31 years and we have three adult children. While, like most couples, we have had our mountains and valleys, the Lord has continued to bless us.

The best advice I can give you is to make Jesus your first priority. The second one is to make each other a priority. Spend as much time as you can together and enjoy each other. There will always be some place else you can be, but at this time in your lives, it is important to make each other’s wishes and dreams a priority.

It is often easy to do things separately, but now that you are married, it is important to develop common interests and goals. That is especially important to do before the blessing of children arrive.

May God bless you, Amy, and any future children that He may give you!

  49. Lynda Kotara Says:

May our gracious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, bless all of your days with His glorious favor and richest blessings!

I pray your personal relationships with Him and with each other grow daily!

I also pray His grace and mercy keep you both focused on Him and His purpose for your lives together as one and that your marriage glorify Him always.  (You’ve got a good start on that one :-) !

Thank you both for sharing your special day with all of us! I can see by the pictures how happy and very blessed you are!

Thank you, Jesus. You do great and mighty things!

    In His tremendous love,
    Lynda Kotara

  50. Sabine Vonbank Says:

    Dear Adam & Amy,
This website is such a great idea! I had a look at your photos and read your story.  The love story is fantastic Adam! It was great meeting you guys although only shortly on the plane trip from Zurich, Switzerland to Dallas, Texas on your way home from the honeymoon!

We got back from Aruba this morning and my sister Simone and I had to check out your website ASAP after receiving your wedding program on the plane! I also had a look at “Our Day” as you told me Adam.

Adam, I thank God that you have finally found the woman that you have been asking God to find for you.
